Window Movement

Basically it snowed today and I drove to work with my windows just cracked to get some fresh air inside as I drove to work. Of course I forgot to roll up the passenger side window so when I got off work I had a little snow in the car. I turned the car on and went to roll the window up (automatic windows) and it of course was stuck. I didn't notice that it was stuck at first but it was...anyways the car got defrosted, windows go up and down. One thing I noticed and this may be **** but my driver side window basically goes straight up and down. Ever since my passenger side window got stuck and I tried rolling it up, the window goes up and then kinda shifts to the left while continuing up to complete the seal to close. I'm thinking somehow I broke the glue or something that was holding the window in place because the window has a little up and down movement play to it now. Any ideas?

there's only a few screws to take loose and then you can pop the door panel off from the inside. If you're that concerned check it out.
