Drivetrain warranty Question

My ABS is acting up, where it comes on, then shuts itself off, kind of like what happens if the sensor is busted or the rear axle is missing a few teeth. If i bring that to the dealership, will they cover that under the warranty? Nothing else is wrong with it, the wheels are all aligned, theres no drivetrain mods, no aftermarket clutch, the only thing that might be wrong with the car is that the rims are all curb rashed because they are my winter rims and thats about it, no cracks or warps or anything of that nature. Thanks in advance for the help guys.

i haven't actually gotten the car up on jacks yet, doing that tomrorow morning, but i'm assuming the sensor ring is something you can see very easily and the teeth also?

took a look, looks like i'm missing 2 teeth... out of the 50 or so thats actually on the damn axle.. what a pain, I'm going to drive it the way it is witht he abs off for now and get it warrentied by the dealership... or try to, when the spring comes around. Does it matter when i go? or are you going to suddenly realize that it happened a few months ago and aren't going to warrenty the thing

it does matter. If your 3 year 36k warranty expires between now and when you take it, you are screwed.
