body shop keeps ordering the wrong color door panel

My car is in a body shop after it was broken into a few weeks ago. The driver door panel was a scratched up badly so they are going to replace it.

The problem is that they shop ordered the panel from the local mitsu dealership and it doesn't match my car. They said mine is all charcoal and the one that came in is two tone with the top being dark and the bottom being light grey if I remember correctly. I didn't see it yet. They double checked the part number and decided the wrong part was put in the box. They ordered it again and sure enough it's the same wrong color.

I bought my car with 14k miles on it and assumed it wasn't changed, can someone give me some insight, I've been digging around for door panel pics and can't find anything useful via Google or on here.

My car is an 05 EVO8 GSR

thanks - Chris

p.s. I haven't seen my car in so long I can't remember what it looks like anymore pics of the difference between models/years would be fantastic.

mr648020 door trim panel is what the body shop was sent both times.

he said my door panel is a very dark gray and what's being sent is a light gray.

the dealership told him the only other option is tan so that doesn't sound right either.

the body shop is e-mailing me some pictures of what I have and what was sent to them.

That looks like regular lancer panel.
I am quite sure it looks exactly the same. (2005 lancer ES).

Thats a Lancer Door Panel. Tell them you need an Evo. CT9A door panel. Alot of times i find the stupid people in the parts department. Its like "move get out the way ill do this"

Come on if you work in the parts department, you should know about what your working with. NOT HERE IN VA BEACH...

Tell the dealer it is a CT9A

Although the number you gave me is the same thing I came up with. The warehouse that distributes parts to me has the correct door panel. They pulled it and looked.
