It going to depend on what you want to do with your car. If your looking to get into that hp range you might want to upgrade your turbo. I would also suggest upgrading your fuel pump if you haven't already. If anything upgrade your fuel pump and piping first, then worry about your turbo, cams, meth, ect.

--Intercooler w/ proper piping
--Meth (I wouldn't unless you go top of the line kit i.e. Aquamist)
--Cams (not producing the kind of numbers they did on 8s since the stock 9 cams are very well desgined
--Turbo. Many options here, but if you want to keep stock like spool and not have to do other major upgrades go with an FPgreen

You don't need to change it out, unless you want the whossh sound. If that's the case I recommend a dual port one. APS, Turbosmart, Go fast bits all make nice dual port BOV's. I'm selling my dual port if you want it. It's a Turbosmart. Honestly I would wait for the cams and open her up more. Change the piping. ETS offers a great kit for a great price.

Meth, Cams, FMIC, Piping and your right around 400-410whp. Evo green will put you up too 430+ish whp. GT30R setup will put you around 425on 93 octane, and around 485-500 on race gas or meth injection. GT30R setup will spool a little later than the stocker, but around 3800-4200.
Well, if you don't already have a twin disk clutch, that would be next for sure. You can't regularly push 400 to 500 horsepower through a stocker or something similar. Then if you want a true boost in power, look at upgrading your turbo setup. At this point, don't waste your money on minimalist upgrades, just go for a larger turbo. I think buschur has the best setups.
