Winshield washer sprayer will not spray

I have an issue with my sprayer. The back sprayer sprays fine. The motor is actually working and I can hear it going. I followed the line a little but didn't get to far with it.
I also sprayed if for about 20 seconds straight to see if it'd leak out of the body somewhere.

Yes the it does have fluid in it. My question is, where is the route of the sprayer line?

It's all hooked up under the hood as well.

It's flipping snowing here and I have no spray.

When you try to spray, do you hear the motor? The sound will be coming from the trunk just like the rear windshield sprayer. If not, it could be a fuse. If you do, it could be a tear in the hose somewhere. The hose runs from the rear passenger fender up to the base of the windshield on the passenger side.

2 things I can think of

#1- the previous owner put those LED replacement, so they dont spray and only light up like a cool ricer, LOL
#2- previous idiot owner decided to use them at his water injection kit, LOL

K, I didn't do it.

I found that the check valve right under the hood was in backwards. Works great now.
