VII bumper / VIII hood
Does anybody know if the VII Front bumper will match the lines of the VIII hood? I'm thinking of getting a VII front bumper, rear bumper and wing, but I want to keep the VIII hood.
i doubt it because i was just looking at the lines on both hood, assuming that they have the exact same demensions for the head lights then they wouldnt line up.

You showed an Evo 7 and an Evo 9. He asked ab out an Evo 7 and an Evo 9.
I think the 7 bumper with an 8 hood would work mechanically, but it would look fugly since the 8 is a lot pointier and the 7 is more blunt-nosed.

I'm just striving to be a LITTLE different. I've always been different, having a turbo Mirage and all. It's wierd to know other people with the same car as me, haha.
You're wrong with those pics and with your logic.

my logic makes sense, oh yeah and the evo 8 and 9 both have the same hoods bro

...and the crash beam makes the 9 bumper bulge our and more "rounded" because of the crash beam. The 7 bumper is flat up front, just like the JDM rear is flat and the 8/9 rear is bulged out. From an cosmetic point, mixing the two styles (like the OP was talking about doing) would be fugly.
I was thinking lines as in horizontal on the front of the bumper on the 7 bumper, and angles / curves on the 8 hood. Not the lines down the car from front to back as you were.
