Emissions test

Hi am new here and have a question about emissions since I am looking to get an evo eventually. An evo I am looking at buying has a lot of mods and it worries me that I wont pass emissions and will be stuck with a car I cant drive. So if I got a car with a built 2.0, built head with hks 280s,gt35r kit, aem ems, and all the other supporting mods. Will I have to change it all pretty much back to stock to pass? Thanks for the help in advance.

If I dont get emissions tested they suspend your license. So if I got a stock ecu with a flash or something like that could work?

I would try to find a stock evo if I were you. A car with that much work was probably beat to hell.

Yes with the stock ecu it will work. The car just needs to run proper and have no codes. I have an AMS GT35R kit with all the supporting mods and I'm tuned on the stock ecu and never have any problems getting inspection.
