I had it on my 03 it made no difference whatsoever. I think the main purpose of having that is for driving a lot of uphill where you are mostly in 2nd 3rd gear but if then I don't think you would need it so much. I actually took it out and put my meth injection tank in that location.

 

I also thought they only came on the 03 04 evos. Unless that car is really not an MR just has the MR badge, because MRs didnt come here until 05, correct me if im wrong guys.
