What is the best way to...

...Change the little bulbs in the rear license plate lamp. I know this might not be the right place to ask but also I'd like to share that I got pulled over tonight for doing absolutely nothing. The cop said that my exhaust is illegal but I told him I had already gotten a ticket for that, and that I am just waiting for the new replacement to come in. Also, he asked if I was doing any drinking at all. I said of course not, you can test me is you'd like. So he went and ran my license and registrations and came back every this was fine, obviously. He then asked if I can do those test. I said sure and did them; he made me walk the line 3 times, do the alphabet and touch my finger to my nose like 5 times. He asked me if I can count 50-1 and do the alphabet backwards, I replied the counting yes, but the alphabet backwards, never in my life. lol Then he told me to have a good night and let me leave.

Anyways, if any of you have any quick ways to change it please let me know, its freezing outside and I don't want to be out there for too long, I'm sick

Thank you.

Phillips screwdriver, a flashlight would be handy, unscrew 4 screws that hold the covers in place then pull them down, and pull out the bulbs. Make sure you put the rubber seal thing back in otherwise it won't tighten done correctly

Gotta be careful while taking them out since they like to strip. I had to drill out 2 of the 4 screws!
