Atleast this dude is man enough to admit his actions were wrong. I bet half of you who did something stupid didnt even bother posting it because you fear the judgement of others. Seriously, get a grip. This isn't a kid who's counter-arguing everyone's opinion. He's agreeing to what many others have said. That's all that really matters, he knows. With that being said, I think you should visit Rexpeed.net. They have some great carbon fiber products. Check this splitter out..its $320

Wow, just realized how old this thread is. Did you replace the lip? I wonder how everything turned out?

+1 Dude, 80mph in that turn is like suicide. Glad you're still in one piece but you should slow around corners especially during the winter. If you're practicing to drift, I would do it in a big parking lot and once your'e good, you can do it at that turn around 45mph to 50mph. But 80 is waaay to fast. Good thing you didn't get more damage to your Evo that just a broken lip.

Nice save, that could have gotten ugly. If this type of thing is going to happen (and it is), at least there are no others involved, insurance isn't involved, and damage is minimal. Most importantly, you learn that both you and your Evo have limits. Your bikes definitely have limits!

Thanks for being a perfect example as to why I have to pay a higher insurance premium to be able to drive my car.
