ok i tried a search but yielded nothing..

i have access to a good amount of 4 inch tubing(4 inch sch. 5 pipe.) and i looks to be enought to make a full exhaust, but i wonder if a 4 inch is to big???

i would just make it DP back their is no room to do a DP.

i have the V-band flanges and everything to do it also so im really just waiting for some info on a $ inch exhaust. do they make mufflers for it??

full race is making one. i hope to have one real soon. thats about all the info i can give you. o and yes there are 4.0 mufflers out there.

 

there was a thread from buschur where they compared a 3.5 inch exhaust to a 3 inch... if i remember correctly there was a power loss with the larger exhaust. dont have the link, im sure someone will post it...

 

i thought that it would loose power.... but wasnt sure. i think im going to just make myself a 4 inch muffler out of my free pipe. and i love the angled exhaust so ill do that too.

cool.. ive done a little reading elsewere and i think ill just make a muffler out of this pipe and get some more 3 inch to mess around with.
