I sold my s2000 (turbo) for my evo and glad i did. Now my evo is stroked and makin mad power without spining out. The only acura i would get over my evo would be an nsx. But rsx NEVER DAT!!!!

i used to want an rsx type-s when i was looking for a sports car....i thought it looked great....then i test drove one and i was like.....geez...this is just a normal civic with a sporty look to it....i mean i couldn't tell it had any more power than a normal civic......honda/acura are great cars but they seriously are low on power...no power=not really a sports car in my opinion....i test drove the evo ix and i was sold...best car i've ever driven...my first turbo and awd car i've ever had...my brother had a 350z and the evo feels so much better to drive than his...there is just no comparison

The evo hands down! like mentioned before, the rsx does not compare, and you don't have to do much for looks(already looks mean as hell) and all you need is a TBE,drop-in filter,BC,and tune and your good to go. I owned a honda civic for a long time and spend tons of money carbon goodies, wings etc...and nearly$4000 on a turbonetics turbo kit, I still was not happy with the performance. granted the rsx will put out more power than a civic wth a turbo . in the end the evo could remain stock if you choose and still outperform 90% of the cars on the road!

It's something that's inherent to wrong-wheel-drive cars. When you mash the gas pedal, the car tries to turn one way or another because of the unequal-length drive shafts on the drive / steer wheels.

For example, watch this video of an SRT-4 with a camera taped to the steering wheel.

http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...arch&plindex=1

You can see the driver have to "fight" to keep the car straight by turning the wheel back upon takeoff.

The only difference is the SRT-4 has some power, and the RSX does not. The RSX will torque steer about as much as a Camry.

Yes, an Evo 13 for under $20,000 would be great.

I use to have an 04 RSX-S. Then I ended up getting rid of it to get my Evo IX.

I owned an 02 RSX-S and it is a fantastic car. The interior and six speed tranny are way better then the Evo's. FWD with no limited slip diff is a big disadvantage though. It depends on personal preference. Insurance will be allot less on the Acura but modifying will cost much more.
