Need help: Ice build up inside Windshield at low temp

I don't know what's causing the ice to form inside but it happen to my old Lexus too. Can I just use some solution to clean the windshield from the inside??? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It says it's pretty common during winter time when temp falls to single digit or below zero. The moisture in the car rise up to the window and causes it to freeze. Some say the solution is to get some RainX window solution. Others is to just start the car for 10 minutes or so to let the ice melt. I usually start my car and set my turbo timer to 9.5 minutes Hope that helps
