Service Light came on ideas?

Well i was out in the snow having some fun just sliding around going like 30 on a 2 lain highway with no other cars on the road! and i was sliding the back end out left and right and i guess i hit some ice and i started to spin out and was going backwards and out of no where before i had a chance to push the clutch in i hit a dry spot and my car stalled and i was facing the wrong way on the road. So i tried to start the car and it took a couple seconds to get going kinda got my heart going then she started up and i was out but my Service Engine soon like came on. I Tried to turn it off by taking the batt off for 20 min and then i turned the car back on and it was still there. I didn't feel any prob's in the car when driving felt the same after about 4 days the car was drove each day for about 60-70 miles the light went off. Haven't seen it since. Any ideas? Was the first time i have ever stalled the car well that's a lie sorry first time i stalled in going in a 180 O_O lol

If it comes back on again, just go to Autozone and get it scanned for free to figure out what it is. You are just asking for an accident driving like that, by the way.

Even though the light came off it may still be stored in the ECU. Get a code scanner and you may find out what it is. If you have the code next time, get it scanned to see what comes up.

The autozone here doesn't pull codes, or let you rent the code puller. Last time I had to check a code I just bought the OBDII scanner, (the cheap one, was only 50 bucks) I went to pep boys and they wanted $20 !?!?, outrageous. Needless to say I pulled the code for myself.
