Need to identify unconnected cable in hood

Hi guys.

I have a cable comming out of the driver side wheel well right below the engine fuse box. See image by the ACD reservoir.

I cant seem to find where it connects to. I've looked everywhere and found nothing. I'm thinking it probally connected to something on the OEM AirFilter Box?

The Car drives fine. No check-engine lights or Anything out of the unusal.
2005 Evo 8 with K&N AirFilter installed.

Please help..

I can't see in your pic, but it might be to the stock boost control solenoid which is right below the stock airbox location... it'll have two vacuum lines going to it (or capped off if you have a boost controller). You should throw a CEL if its unplugged though. If it is this one, it will be wrapped with the MAF sensor plug.

Or maybe somewhere on your headlight? Do all of your lights work?
