People aren't capable of doing their own research? Look on autotrader for vehicles with similar mileage.

I use www.kbb.com it's pretty helpful imo when trying to buy or sell cars.

I heard www.edmunds.com is good too, but i haven't tried it yet.

You planning on getting a X or you getting out entirely? If youre gonna get a X, HB Mitsu.South Coast pay top dollar for evos, call them up. I did business with Adrain @ HB mitsu (714)423-7819.

You should sell your mods and put the car back to stock. You will get more money. I and few others that I know have been looking at un-touched evo's. Thats a short list let me tell you!

Personally I know on ebay there was a pristine blue 06 SE with 11K mileage for 27K 'buy it now price' it reposted this week for the same after failing to sell. Someone bought it now this week.

Part of the issue with your resale is where the car sold originally. The vendors in this forum were selling new 06's for 28-29K a year ago. Hard to sell a car for 1K less that has 30K mileage and has mods.....

If the car was an MR with 30K you could prolly get 28-30K, if it was untouched. Ebay = a bunch of idiots true, but you will be competing to sell the car against them.

I would say that an 06 with 30K mileage and no mods you would be in good shape getting 25-26K.

You hit the right person on the right day and it could happen. If the X truly turns out to be 'the car' you better the sell th ix fast, alot of people are holding thier money right now....

That may sound kind of harsh about untouched an all. But these forums are riddled with blown up drive parts and detonated engines that are further fueled by horror stories of voided warranties .....

well my car is a "virgin" besides the DC DP, because the Deif's and the WB don't really do much they're just electronics. Its not like I have cams or anything crazy

I think on the east coast you could get closer to the 26K-28K mark. I searched autotrader the other day and there were some used IX going in that price range.

lol back to stock??? it's got a downpipe and some gauges...hahah

I would say 26ish...But if your thinking about selling, i would do it fast because the evo's are holding there value cause the X's are few and far between...the second they get the the midwestern and North Eastern states everybody is just gonna start buying evo X's...lol

G/L!

In my opinion, the VIIIs and IXs values are going to drop by a couple grand in the next month... because of the X. Everyone used to hate the X, but now that a modded X is making good power in Japan, potential is coming and Evo Xs will soon be throughout the US and VIIIs and IXs will be traded in and up for sale=flooding the market.
