When I look for a new exhuast for my eclipse I always find the ones that say for gst or gsx. My car has a non turbo 4g63, will a cat back exhuast for a gst work on my car?

No you need one for the NT engine which is the 420a motor. Look up exhausts for the old body style neon, those have the 420a motor in it also.

EDIT: NVM, didnt notice you said 4g63 non turbo motor. Hopefully someone else can help ya with this.

 

1st Gen NT's were mostly 4G63 equipped. None of them used the 420A. Also, he's talking about only a cat-back...Not a turbo-back. All FWD cat-back exhausts from a 1st Gen T/E/L are all the same as far as fitment goes.
