normal. 3rd is the easiest to shift into first. what i do is double clutch while parked and put it in 3rd. then 4th then 5th. than go through neutral and into reverse. it always works. i think that loosens everything up because after doing that, it goes into everything perfectly fine.

 

that is normal. you want to manually rev match your syncros. Its called double clutching.
