Help!!!

well at the moment im putting on an TBE on my evo
as i was taking off my downpipe i guess it hit something then there was sparks and a flame put it out but also my grounding wire on my battery was messed up also.ya i was stupid and didnt disconnect the batter. The thing I got my downpipe to was some sort of pipe. Heres a pic.....





can anyone help me???

Oil feed line (to the turbo)get it fixed before driving or starting it. Also check the oil and replace it before you drive/start it.

You probably hit the starter with the wrench ...

get a new oil feed line and gaskets (if necessary)

yup forgot the gaskets, change your oil, I would..and check it after idle for any leaks.

how much do you think it would cost for that part???

is it easy to replace also?

oil line, lancer, feed 03-05 $23.37 $23.37
add some for new gaskets. So around 26.00

not to hard just take your time.

I have 2 laying around and i think you might have hit the starter didnt you lol

you banged that stuff up pretty bad man, look at your oil pan/block lol

Isnt that the oil return line? and NOT the oil feed line?

ya hit the starter, sparks went every and there was a flame thats what probably messed up the pipe.

Do you think the starter might be messed up?

i wouldnt think because it has a heat shield around it but you never know.

but ya i ordered a new oil return line....but not going to get it until Tuesday hopefully

kaonashi your not that far from me, Im in Austin, Tx. But dont know if I would drive all that way to Orange, Texas to get that.
