Codes...

So my Evo is throwing codes all of a sudden... Here is what was thrown today via Evoscan which does NOT give you the P code itself...

Vehicle speed sensor
Barometric pressure sensor
Injector circuit
EGR sensor

The Vehicle speed sensor code has been throw a few times over the last week but the 3 other ones are new to me. Not sure WHY it's throwing this one...

The EGR code is typically thrown due to a vacuum hose popping off the EGR sensor and I felt around back there and mine seem to be intact...

The Injector Circuit code was not specific as to which injector was firing off this code. No idea why it would throw this either.

The Barometric Pressure Sensor has me stumped as well as it is typically related to the MAP sensor.

It becomes hard to search for these DTC's when there is no P code given in EvoScan. All I could find was the list of codes and a few suggestions on the EGR code.

I have these mods:

Megan 3" Downpipe to ETS 3" straight through to tip
Greddy/Denso 720cc injectors
ETS 3" FMIC
ETS UICP/LICP
ETS Intake
RRE Manual Boost Controller

The other thing I am not sure if related or not is that when I bought the car, the dude had the Boost gauge tapped into a line coming from the FPR and a solenoid. The speed shop did mention to me that this could be a problem as the solenoid would not be able to regulate itself properly. If you guys would like a pic of how the boost gauge is plumbed into vacuum lines, let me know and I'll snap a pic of what he is talking about.

I had the shop do a pressure test and it held pressure good. I am not sure if maybe a line popped off somewhere and/or the pressure test damaged a sensor (MAP and/or others). He did have the pressure tester blow off on him a few times.

I am stumped why this car is acting weird all of a sudden...

I reset the codes and now I am getting only 2

The speed sensor and the barometric pressure sensor... If I clear these, they pop right back up upon a re-check...

Evoscan throws bogus DTC's. They are NOT authentic.

Yeah I was just about to post the same thing. Found this out myself by searching. My real code (from AktiveMatrix Scan Tech) was p0300 random cylinder misfire, which I think is related to an idle problem I am having.

How the hell did you get Scan Tech to work?? I tried to get it to work for 2 hours and gave up in a fit of rage...

I downloaded it and it would not open an executable file. It's just a file that needs a program to open...

If you can walk me through it, that would be the ****...
