3. cams 264 or 272 (I would stick with 264 because less money and wont require head work to have installed).
4.If you don't want cams then alcohol injection
5. A good professional tune for the new parts.

8.alcohol for the evo
9.food
10.misc crap

Well if I could spend all my tax money on something I would buy a turbo kit. Im putting it into my house though. Better investment but not as fun. I will be getting some Michelin ps2 tires though.
