I have been running on Nokya Yellows for years and have come a cross the fake ones a plenty. Its easy to tell fakes from real in the H4 standard, but the 9005 9006's are difficult.

Just because it says "STOCK WATTAGE" on the box doesn't mean it is. After all, when they made the bulbs, exactly what car was used as a reference for stock wattage? Not all OEM H11's that go in to cars are 55w.
