Valve Cover Question

It looks like my valve cover is cracked and oil is leaking slightly. Does anyone know a good site to buy one at a discounted price or have one for sale?

Stealership is asking $383 for one from them

Also will this affect performance at all or hurt my engine in any way?

I was "watching" one on ebay go for less than 150 dollars. Was going to get it to paint it, but too late. I would check there, unless its really time critical.
