STAGE 3 CLUTCH, 3" TURBO BACK MAGNA FLOW STAINLESS EXHAUST, VISHNU CAM GEARS, HKS CAMS 262, UNDER DRIVE PULLEYS, TURBO TIMER, INJEN INTAKE & INTERCOOLER PIPING H & R LOWERING SPRINGS, 18" WHEELS, KOYO ALUMINUM RADIATOR. does anyone else think thins car got taken around an track a couple times? the only reason i say is that koyo radiator. also does hks even make 262 cams for the evo? guy claims 382whp. im clueless but im guessing closer to maybe 325ish?

wat evo model is that? i believe hks doesn't have a 262. as far as i know they have 264, 272, 280. depending on wat turbo he is running and what boost and what fuel and the aggressiveness of the tune i believe its possible for it to have 382whp.

 

its an 03 VIII. im guessin its the stock turbo. if it had an aftermarket the stealership prolly woulda mentioned it sisnce they listed the rest. but ya never know i guess. it says he put 5000 in mods into it. that seem to add up to you guys?

 

well the ebay listing also said UISHNU cam gears, so the 262 is certainly a typo. It could be any combo of 264/272, 264/264, or 272/272

 

yeah i corrected it for them. whoever put that info in seems to be a few bricks shy of a load. im guessin theres a 272 in there somewhere prolly both. so ya think its capible of that kinda juice just on this setup? also im awful rusty on everything evo. how do the mod combinations look to you fellas? seem atleast fairly tasteful? and functional?

 

I think saying in the 380 range is a bit high. I think more than likely low 300's to low/mid 300's

 

yeah i think you prolly right on that. course who knows maybe its got other goodies that they dont know about. maybe the douche who typed that out just made another typo and put 382 instead of 282. and liek i said im no expert but from what they have listed, unless it has some crazy *** tune it cant be near those numbers. gotta be around 325

 

I highly doubt if it even clears 300. cams and a catback....? come on now If id had 23-24psi then maybe but i highly doubt it. Probably doesnt even have cams i've known people who just say that to the dealerships to make a sell.

 

I knew someone who has S1's, 3in exhaust w/o cat, ported mani and Evo green and only made 375whp. I highly doubt that that Evo is making 382 on pump, race fuel is a possibility.

 

nice! any idea on a rough 1/4 time on 93 octane? 12.5 outta the question?
