EVO 8 Long Block Value Question

I'm new to this forum and would like to say hi to all the members with my first post.

My main topic question: is how much would a evo 8 long block with low miles be worth that has a spun bearing or a bad balance shaft? I will be swapping motors in my car that I just purchased recently and I will have this block available very soon. Heads and flywheel with clutch will be part of the assembly. Any ideas what such thing could be worth? Thanks-bso

Really? 650? cause of the bearing & shaft? find out how much a good one is worth & subtract almost the entire cost to get it running i guess

Would it be better to part it out maybe? I figure low millage heads should bring that amount themselves...

yeah 800-1000 for the head so anywhere from 1400-1600 for the whole thing. You'll sell it faster taking the head off and cheaper to ship.

Also depends on where you are located. Shipping is a deal killer. Where do you live?
