for the evo9 none mr none ssl or se. since it doesnt come with HID or fogs. would it be easier for me to get the mr headlight or the 05 headlight to put so i can have those? i was also thinking about the jdm one .... but im assuming its more expensive. also if i get the mr headlight would i still need to get a hid kit of the low and high beam?

If your car doesn't have HID's you will need to get an HID kit in order to use the HID headlights.As far as the foglights go you will need to either get a engine harness from a EVO that had factory hids and foglights or wire in some type of switch and relay.

 

Assuming that your car is a RS model, you will need to check if it came with the wiring for the fog lights... Other thing is, (that I don't know) if the RS headlight wiring is compatible with the HID equipped cars... so you will need to do some wiring...
I think it would be easier and cheaper to buy the HID kits for the headlights and fog lights...
