Hello Exedy Twin!!

 

Happened to me. Clutch is going bye bye. I now have an Exedy twin plate

 

Just do a 5th gear pull at WOT. Youl see if it slips then. If its the
clutch then thats when youd see it

 

I wish I had enough for a twin plate. That would just **** me off more when a 1000 plus clutch needs to be replaced...

 

I had the same problems a couple weeks ago (you can find the thread I made), got a Helix group N rally clutch now and it's a world of difference to stock, takes a while to get used to drive though cause the gap where the clutch grips is so small now.

man. i got very lucky! when my clutch went, out my synchros were bad, and the dealership took the car in for repairs, they charged me $53.00 to install the clutch!
(car was under warrenty dealer didn't car about the light mods i had)

 

same thing for me as malik. tranny was out at the dealer, i walked in with the clutch and got a act installed for free.

 

yup theres no cheap clucth
