Ebay vortex generators a bad idea?

yea that looks pretty nice, it kind of threw me off when that guy said he went 140mph and it flew off, thanks for the pic

yeah he must have installed it wrong or something, it comes with double side tape on it and it goes under the weather striping plus the antena bolts over it so I don't know how it would come off. I think the vender on ebay was like og racing or something.

I have one to. DO NOT SPEND $200 on a "real one" I bought one off of ebay for $30 (black) and it looks like mitsubishi made it and fits PERFECT. took me 10 mins to put on and peel the 2 sided tape. Then my bro put one side on and snapped down the weather stripping then i did my side and it was a perfect fit.

+1 Rexspeed Vortex Generator. Perfect fitment and painted factory oem color. thats the most important part.

or just send me 70 bux and I can send you my OEM one that I took off my VIII and all u have to add is 3m double sided molding tape.

I just ordered a carbon fiber vortex generator from eBay...my fingers are crossed hoping that it fits well!

Everyone has different standards for modifying. For an OEM component that is relatively cheap(considering anyone who bought there Evo new paid in the 30K range) there is piece of mind purchasing the Mitsubishi-manufactured generator.

I dont see the fascination with these things ..... but black on blue doesn't look bad if your on a budget
