Evo IX seat question.

Whats up fellas, so I searched and couldn't find anything so here it is. My front drivers seat only goes back about 1/2 as far as my passenger seat? Theres no way that can be normal is there? Also, the brackets that mount the seat to the floor are mounted at an angle, is this normal? Thanks for the help fellas.

No its not normal to go back half as far as the passanger seat. Yes the brackets at an angle are normal, you probably have something stuck in the track that is preventing it from going back any further ie: coins, garbage, etc..

^^^ Thats what I was thinkin too, but I couldn't find anything. At first I thought the it was a passenger seat problem just because it goes back ungodly far, but I thought about it and im about 6' and i only have about 1.5in till my knees hit the dash, i know this cant be right. I'll prolly try and look at it before i go to the dealer, but i just wanted to make sure this wasnt normal.

Where are you in washington? I'm sort of the seat expert as I build brackets designed for lowering the stock Recaro seat. I could take a look for you. Let me know or send me a PM.

^^^ thanks for the offer but after looking at it for more than 5 seconds i figured it out. Lol, it was the bolt holding the seatbelt clip, it had backed out a little bit and was hitting a bracket, lol. Easy fix.
