A tune, and a re-flash?

I know nothing about tuning or flashing. I'm quite curious to know the difference..

 

in reference to the stock ecu...

a re-flash is remapping the parameters of your ecu to enhance performance

a tune is either road/dyno time logging the parameters and adjusting them aka re-flashing the car

it's the same thing basically
