Ebay TBEs and O2 housings are fine, but I'd be a little sketch about exhaust manifolds. Megan (a brand name) is known for having their manifolds crack. This isn't the area to go cheap on.

not all megans crack. I have had an evo running the megan mani for going on 5 years, never had any issues with it.

But THIS manifold is a different story

Its not a bad manifold at all actually.... I've tuned 4-5 cars with them and they all made very good power. The kit does need a little extra attention on the install, but everything does fit. The only issue one of my customers had "tweakdsm" had was with a gt35r with the 82 back housing there was a clearance issue he said. I believe he switched to a .63 housing and everything is golden now.

I would recommend getting a brace setup, and cleaning up the inside just a touch.. Thats bout it....

Its not a newbie kit....

Cheers!

Everyone i know that has had a megan manifold crack has had their manifold wrapped. I'm sure there are people out there to prove me wrong, but i dont know anyone who's cracked one that doesn't have it wrapped.

I have a friend who had one crack after 2000 miles because it was wrapped, he got another one for free thru megan somehow and didnt wrap it... 30-35k still in one piece.

Cheers!
