Quick Question

Are the NGK RIDIUM spark plugs the same for the Evolution 8 as the Evolution 9 ?

I looked it up and they have the same part number for all the brands I looked at. What do you mean different heads?

Evo VIII=Non MIVEC


Evo IX=MIVEC


They have different heads, different combustion chambers, therefore different plugs.

Oh, thought you were talking about the heads of the spark plugs. I was like WTF.

Anyways, I wish I had the mitsu part numbers to compare. Maybe you can call a stealership and ask what the part numbers are.

no, no reason when i got a 8 you could try landershop or take the OEM numbers and cross reference them at an autozone or something.
