ok is it me or my socket set that i have been using to change spark plugs for my previous cars in the past no longer fit the Evos, to unscrew the stock spark plugs are they actually smaller or larger that's why i can't unscrew it or am i just not catching the outer part so that i can unscrew the spark plugs very strange feed back to those who actually changed the sparks plugs would be of great help. thank you.

 

 

You have the wrong socket. First take a new plug and find the right size, when you do that, you should have no problem getting it into the head.
