Question about Oil Catch Can

I was at the Race Fabrication shop and they have an Oil Catch Can (OCC) with only one inlet for the oil but no outlet to go back to the intake but that Can has a breather. Do all OCC have to have Inlet and Outlet??? I see that a lot for the OCC ex: Greddy, Perrin, Megan etc. If I get the one with only the Inlet and breather, will that work?

It will work from the valve cover not from the PCV

No don't do that. You will either have to leave it as is or put a 2nd catch can on like I did. There is a lot of info out there on this topic.

The difference between the two is the OP has a oil catch can with a breather vs. a oil separator like EvoTech does which is plumbed back into the Intake tube and manifold. Breathers can smell like exhaust in the car if that happens to matters to you.
