use a hairdryer to help soften the glue on the visors. be carefull not to get to close to the paint, even though its not as strong as a heatgun you dont want to take a chance with burnning the paint.

goo gone with take the rest of the adhesive off and then put a coat of wax after your finish since the goo gone will most likely remove any wax on that spot.

I want that bumper!!! When I got my evo, it was like the same thing, there was an Injen Intake and JDM bumper, but I have the Evo 7 JDM bumper.

Congrats, very nice! I just ordered mudflaps like that since here in NH roads and weather suck. It wouldn't be a bad idea for you to leave them on since you are in NY.
