Welp I have started the tails and I have some words I would like to express.......@@#$#%%^&!!&&*%#@ Damn what a pain haha First I broke the power source clip on both of the tails because it would not come off.......and then I havecovered my self in plastic powder from the dremeling. And now I have damaged the chrome part........When I was reading the HOW TO linked above, I was wondering why they have you paint the 1/4 edge.......well now I know lol to cover up the cut marks HAHA......So far its going good, just something I didnt expect, example the mass amounts of cutting disks I am going through haha....

^Yeah it sucks...
The worst part for me was breating in all the fumes when I was cutting w/ the dremmel. Did you get them both cut yet? I think you'll find the second set go a little easier.
Keep it up, its worth it in the end.

No just the one. Only because if I fudged this one up bad atleast I will only have to replace one haha.....

yeah when I was dremeling I kept getting hit with melted plastic in the face.......It was the only way I could do it with holding the dremeling the right way............Im just worried that it won't sit right when i go to seal it up........Im working on it tonite.....

Seal it tight! You don't want condensation! =D

Good work though. Seal 'em up and put 'em back on your car. Get pics!
