Ok so I have a 03 evo 8 with tbe,intake, and mbc. whenever my car hits 21 psi, my car bucks and then it throws the CEL on, I used a scanner and it gives me BOOST CONDITION EXCEDED. The car was tuned by the previous owner at stock boost. What should I do?

 

turn the boost down, get a new tune.

 

Get it tuned or simply raise the boost limit in the ECU. Problem sloved.

 

mine was doing that too. originally from cali with a 91 tune from cali. when i moved up to WA and went WOT the car started to choke and threw up the same code. now after a tune on 92 she runs better than ever.
