I have a Gizzmo MS IBC. It can hold up to 50 psi.

Ive considered that one, but as silly as it may sound would prefer not to have to add another guage pod, I already have 3. Plus I dont know if I want to go through the hassle of getting the new solenoid. Im still looking into it though. Is that what your using?

The ARK Design Advanced Boost-Con seems to be a good unit. Not terribly confusing but has some great features.

I had this installed and it works great. It has 6 boost memories so you can set different boost levels and change them on the fly.

As far as how easy it is to use, I have to shamely admit that I don't know. I have only one boost setting saved and it was the tuner that set it for me. He did say that it was a little difficult because there are only two buttons on the thing to adjust all your settings. The manual that comes with it is Very precise as to how to use it.

Ok, thanks for the info, that really does help. Does it hold boost perfectly? This one is kinda in the running for me too.

It holds boost very well! At first it was set at 23 lbs but the tuner turned it down just a hair to 22.5 lbs. It fluctuates just a little at WOT. Like maybe by +/- .2 psi.
But I don't know if all ebc's fluctuate too.

hmm, not sure. I am trying to narrow my choice down. I think I'll know more after talking with Sean Ivey tomorow afternoon. I would prefer to use the EVC if possible, but I'll have to see what he says.

BTW, since you are using the Vpro I assume your tuner suggested the HKS map sensor correct? If this is the case you're gonna want to look into a different map sensor as well as a boost controller to be able to meter that high for the system to register it.

Either way I have successfully had the AEM 5bar map work with the Vpro and Sean has tested it up to 45psi I believe with no issues.

you may want to check out turbosmart. it has a version that handles 60psi. and has a good bundle of features. http://www.turbosmart.com.au/index.php?id=42

Hmm, Ill need to talk to Sean about that tomorow. I definitely need to get more info on this. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I think we're planning on using the HKS map sensor.

Ive never been a big fan of them, but I am pretty open right now. Ive looked at them, but for some reason just dont feel as comfortable with them compared to an EVC or a turbosmart, etc. Im not sure why, this may be a bad viewpoint.

That or have you're tuner get in touch with me as I'm a Pro Dealer as well and have the settings for the sensor to work with the Vpro.
