So I did the swap this weekend, but my aftermarket intercooling (turbo XS) piping doesn't bolt up without blocking the down pipe. Duh. Now for my question. Can I get an aftermarket outlet pipe that will bolt right up to my aftermarket piping? I just spend a load on that intercooling setup. Lol. O well.

 

did you get the J pipe for the Evo IX turbo? you need that

 

Yeah. One of Buschur LICP designs bolts right up to turbo.
Or get a J-pipe for ix from a dealer. It's only ~$45-60
