Has anyone made their own undertray? I am looking to make one out of sheetmetal.

 

The one I purchased, was such a poor fit, I had to make so many changes, it's almost custom now.

 

I have some stuff that I have drawn up on paper, but I have not had the time to even mock it up with cardboard. I found it very interesting that what I came up with is actually somewhat similar to what will apparently be offering for the X.

As far as a front undertray, I have the beatrush undertray and it fits very nicely.
