Probably he had a bad day. I dont know, but for some reason, cops hate sport cars, period. Last ticket I got was running a red light, at 30mph, but it was clearly still yellow when I passed the limit line. Any who, I got the fat ticket, and now I have to attend traffic school.
But you can report him, since on the ticket have his name and badge number, and maybe they can waive that ticket.

He didnt just let you off clean for whatever.....He had nothing on you....if he did he would have wrote you up.....He saw you had an Evo(a fast looking car) so he pulled you over to f*ck with you, as he was walking to your car he saw it was an Evolution Lancer, he was smart enough to know how to abreviate, did the math and then ripped into you.......He's a jerkoff.....nothing more
The bottom line is that you were speeding and didn't get a speeding ticket. So count your blessings, suck it up and drive on. Cops are trained to give verbal tongue-lashings as a choice vice a ticket. It is possible he was having a bad day, as we all do, so again all you got was a verbal beating.

the only and ONLY reason he didn't give you a ticket is because his *** would get fired because he harrassed you. He knew that if he didn't give you a ticket you would not file a formal complaint. He is jealous of you and wanted to abuse his power to make himself feel better by talking down to you. It was either that or do his job and give you something that he new would not affect you one bit really, but he would still be left feeling all hot and mad and jealous without any form of relasease of it

Also, if you feel that wronged go file a OPS complaint. Just about every modern department around here the officers wear a mic which is activated when they are outside of the car while the lights are on. . . So it's probably already on tape.

not true, case in point a police officer harrassed a guy who recorded without him knowing in the columbia missouri area. it was on news, no police tape existed and no microphone from the cop.
