can the autparts (advance auto, autozone, nappa) store vacuum line work for replacing some of the vacuum lines?

i ask because im not sure if they can handle 30psi of boost. Lets say i want extend my boost gauge line...what type of hose would i use? Fuel pressure line?

can any ole rubber vacuum hose work?

yes a vacuum line is a vacuum line.... all you need to do is use zip ties to secure them in place. but the actual line will work just fine. I went to auto zone to buy extra hose to run my boost controller lines.

 

I picked up mine from home depot. Super cheap.

 

Use 4mm vacuum hose from the autoparts store.
