TODA Cam Gear Adjustment?

Bought the car with Toda cam gears already on it. Does anyone have a copy or explanation of what the adjustment marks on the cam gears mean (1 or 2 degrees per line?). Thanks for any help!

its the timing advance and retardance. if they are where they I would leave them there unless you are planning on haveing the car tuned let an actual tuner adjust them if they even see a need!

For anyone wondering how to adjust them without useless unsolicited warnings, check the toda website. They have an example of how to actually set the gears from a Toyota, same process for the EVO. Use a 5mm Allen on the adjustment bolts. Toda says torque them to 11 ft/lbs and be sure to use blue loctite.
