that cant be right. the owners manual tells u to check it every 5k miles. surely they dont advise u to Change it every 5k miles. there must be a reservoir or something

Like they said. There isn't one. If you're worried about the level, remove fill plug and check level. It should be the same level as bottom of the hole of the fill plug. If you replace per scheduled rotation, you shouldn't have to worry about the level. Hope this helps.

the dipstick was looking for a dipstick on a MANUAL tranny

hope you have a flame suit handy, I've got a bad feeling more than just me will get you for this question!

Honestly though, take it to the dealer before you do something bad. Just follow the service schedule and everything will be gravy!

To check your tranny fluid you need to put catch can below the fill plug and make sure the car is level.

1. Remove fill plug on tranny
2. If fluid drips out its filled if nothing drips out , fill it until it starts dripping out.

There isn't a dipstick for checking the Tranny fluid.

But your tranny fluid isn't going to be like your engine oil were it burn off or something. Just change it at every 30K and you'll be fine. If it's really low do to a leak or something, all of your ACD light will light up.
