Hey guys i have a forge diverter valve that is connected to my intake. I was wondering if my car will go crazy if i take it off the intake and block the intake off with a cap. I noticed it is louder if i leave it off the intake thats why i was wondering if it would be ok

Your car will die out if you VTA the diverter. You need to convert your car to speed density setup if you want to take it off the intake pipe. Search buddy.

 

It's not recommended to vent to atmosphere with the stock MAF setup, since you are venting metered air and causing a rich condition in between shifts.

If you purchase an open element intake filter to replace your box, you will be able to hear a recirculated BOV much more.
