Dont we all hate Orange CE light? yes it does come with (2) in the package, which cost 4.99 i belive. You have to drill a bigger hole in one of them because your 02 sensor wont fit, and (1) fouler is not enough.

depends on the state, if they do the sniff test you will fail, if not, you will pass

It should pass smog even with the sniffer, since ur running leaner HC and CO will go down and NOx will go up but since our cars are all wheel drive it doesn't need to go on the dyno therefore it wont measure NOx...

Remember that a high flow cat is not a replacement for the stock cat. You can still cause a check engine light. A high flow cat is mainly to help keep emissions down.

10 seconds? I had to drill on mine for about 20 minutes with a titanium bit. You have to drill through about 3/4 of an inch of metal.

You dont drill into the exhaust, you drill the aluminum anti fouler. And it is only like 1/8" at most....took no time at all.

The anti-fouler has nothing to do with a sniff test. It depends on your catalytic converter.
