umm..8500?..you serious? is there no engine? 05 with 35k should easily go for 17-20k.

Must be something wrong with the car, Might be salvage. 05 RS could easily go for 20-22k.

Even if 5 people died in a fire in the car for 8500 if take it. As long as the thing ran and ran straight.

I would say to stay away from that one. I found this one on ebay and it runs according to the seller

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mitsu...spagenameZWDVW

They want $12,000 for this one on ebay so if the other guy is asking for only $8500 I would be worried.

look at it ask questions about it, why is the tittle salvaged? If it was theft it's not too bad i would be worried if it was cause of an accident. Have someone inspect it

please. a $30k car being sold for $8.5k? that statement alone is ridiculous...

maybe i'm just looking at resale value... of which there would be zero...

but you really think an $8500 evo doesn't have frame damage at the least? the thing probably has flood, fire, frame damage and no transmission for 8500 FFS...

or the seller may be calling it an evo but it's probably an OZ rally or something...

OP go look at it and post pics... everything we say means nothing until you look at it get the lowdown.

Sounds like a good parts car to me...but 8500? I dunno man, if that is going to be your daily you really may want to reconsider...by all means, check it out and see whats it's about.

Btw, that Ebay auction, 12K for a wrecked Evo? Now that's a rip off.

guy sold it already he ended up getting rid of it for about 10k he said he had to sell it for that low cause he was behind on payments and it was gonna get repoed so he needed to get rid of to pay what he owed on it. i never got to look at it but that was the reason he was selling it and it didnt have a salvaged title. wish i would have found it one day sooner i didnt have that money but i would have found it pretty damn quick.
