? about bleeding lines

I just installed a new turbo and need to bleed the water and oil lines. If I unplug the spark plugs and crank the starter a few times will that suffice?

Don't know of bleeding any lines. I installed my turbo and didn't do that and I have yet to have a problem. So I don't know why you have to do.
