Murdered out???
Murdered out???
I was just reading another post about getting ones car painted. Although I have thought about it a few times, would any of you guys actually "Murder Out" your evo? I think it looks cool I guess, but what would the on looking eye think? Someone that doesnt know crap about cars would look at it and think that it was primered up like his old mans 72 Ford Pinto or something. What do you guys/gals think??? Should this be done in honest opinion? Thanks for the time it took to read this post
Personally I like the look on certain cars but its more of a rat style. Its big in the Euro scene right now and even though you could pull it off, I wouldn't. Most of the guys I see doing this were using vinyl so they could go back to stock. Either way best of luck and post pics if you do it.
i painted my eg hatch hot rod black, and took first in my class at nopi knoxville. This was before "murdered" out got popular. Unfortunately the judges put me in the under construction catagory because they had never seen an import with du pont hot rod black, but i still took the trophy, i was thinking about doing it to the evo, the only problem is you have to pay out to get it done the right way, ie no fish eyes or it will just look like primer.

LMAO@murdered out. What a stupid sounding term for blacked-out.
+1 on multiple threads on this already.
At the very least, the "flattest" I would go would be a satin black. Anything less looks like primer.
