How's that possible? 105000 miles and drag racing your car and you're on the stock clutch. Do you start at 1500 rpm on the strip?

 

Nope. launch at 5200. Average 60 is 1.7
And yes I do drive a lot. Car has seen both coasts, the dragon, pikes peak, and tons of fun time. It just goes to show you that if you know how to drive than you have less issues. The only problem I have is trying to keep the paint nice through it all.

Most of the cars I have owned in the past i have gotten rid of before 80k miles.
How many miles do you think the engine is capable on running on mildly moded and well mainained condition. I know its no Vtech

 

I have an 03 with 16,000 miles on it basic mods done.

 

2006 IX MR with 3,500 mi.

 

nice i have a 06 rs with 7000 miles on it. no offense but why would mitsubishi cover rock chips?

 

54,716 have had a few minor issues but still runs great

 

03 with 87k, new clutch, runs fine but waiting on parts so i can get it tuned

 

05 GSR with 29k miles. Minor mods so far so good!

 

57k and running perfect! stock clutch, just bought new brake pads.. DS-2500's hope there as good as everyone says they are... looking to get a new clutch.. i was out at the track yeterday and the best 60 i could get is 1.8 and the clutch stunk so bad the whole time.. thinking of doing the quartermasters
